- 1. I sent you the request form, what's next?
We will contact you via e-mail within two business days with a price quote and may ask you for more details about your project. After we have all the information we need, we will build a sample website for you . The website will be available online, so you can see it and give us your feedback. If you approve the design we will finish it, if you don't - there is no commitment.

2. What is included in your website design price?
The price includes a complete custom website with 3 to 10 sub-pages, logo design, SEO optimization and submission to the major search engines. We do not charge extra for flash animation, slide shows, PayPal payment or donations options, social media links, etc.

3. What website content I need to provide?
Once we agred on your website design, you need to provide us with all the content (text, pictures, links, etc.) for your website. If you do not have any pictures we may include some stock photos, at no extra charge. If you do not have the text for your pages, upon request we may create it for you, at an additional "per page" charge.

4. Why you prices are so low, are there any hidden fees?
There is absolutely no other fees except the one-time fee.
We are a small freelance web design studio, our operational costs are low and we work much more efficiently than the big web design companies.
- 5. Can I just call you to explain my ideas about my website?
We have hundreds of clients and in order to keep track and record of each of our current and future clients, we prefer to communicate via e-mails. But if you need to discuss something over the phone, you can reach us at 615-502-2037, Mon-Fri 8am - 4pm.

6. How much is the up front cost to get my project started?
We do not ask for commitment before you see and approve the initial project.
We will never ask you for credit card #'s, personal info or other sensitive information.

- 8. I like your prices, but I’m not sure what to expect for this price?
If you are a small business owner, independent professional, nonprofit organization, etc. and you need professional looking website at affordable price, you’ve come to the right place. We will build you unique, attractive website, using the latest web technologies, for the best price you can find. It will be optimized for Google, Yahoo and Bing and submitted to all major search engines.
But you should be realistic. If you want “The best looking website in the world” or a website comparable to the big corporate websites, probably our services are not for you. A corporate website can cost hundreds of thousands to create and thousands in monthly SEO and maintenance fees.

- 9. I have a lot of text and pictures that need to be included in the website you are building for me - is there any additional fee for the extra work?
Our prices are based on a reasonable amount of content per each page. Any excessive content may be subject to a small additional fee.
- 10. I have some ideas about the website I want, bit I'm not sure how to explain them?
Depending on your preferences, we can build your website based entirely on your ideas and style or we can build it based on our view of the project, integrating your ideas in to it.
If you just want a good looking website to fit your intent and goals, we will build it based on our experience and taste.
- 11. How long will take to have my site completed?
It usually take us 3 to 5 business days after we have all the content (text and pictures) from you, to have your project completed.
- 12. Will I be able to update the website you created for me?
Yes, after your website is completed, we will send you a copy of your website files. You can update your website on your own
or if you have any difficulties we can do it for you for a small fee, usually between $20$ and $30 per update. If you planning to update your website often, the best solution is to request a Content Management System website - it will be much easier to update it on your own.
- 13. Do you offer monthly maintenance?
If you need frequent website updates, we can maintain and update your website for a very affordable monthly fee $15 - $25.
- 14. I have a website and I just want to add some new text and photos, can you do it for me?
Yes, even if your website is not built by us and you do not have your website source files, we can update your website for a very reasonable price, usually $40-$80.
- 15. I want a good looking Flash website, can you create it for me?
Yes, we can build you a Flash website, but the price for unique "flash only" website could be very high.
Much cheaper option is to have just Flash elements integrated in your website - Flash Logo, Flash photo gallery, Flash menu, etc. The other low budget option is to use a Flash template.
A big disadvantage of entirely Flash websites is that they are not Search Engine friendly - they usually have much lower rating in Google, Yahoo, Bing, than regular websites.
They also do not work well in some mobile devices and are very difficult to update.
- 16. I want to build an online store, can you design it for me?

- 17. Who owns the website once the website design is completed?
The website belongs to you - we will send you a copy of your website files. This copy is for your retention and should you wish to use another web design company or update it on your own - you are completely at liberty to do so.
- 18. How much time I have to provide the content for the website, you are designing for me?
We expect to receive all the content and complete the project, in no more than 6 weeks after you approve the initial sample. After this time frame the project fee needs to be paid in full if you want us to continue with the project.
- 19. Do you redesign existing websites?
Yes we do. We can redesign, retaining your current style or we can redesign to give it a complete new look. We will redesign your website to take advantage of the latest web technologies and make it Search Engine Friendly.
- 20. I need a professional website, but have no idea how to put together the content I want there?
